If you believe that content removed (or access disabled) as a result of a DMCA notice was not infringing, you may send us a counter-notification including:
1. Your contact information (full name, address, phone number, email).
2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its location before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your area (or where our company is based) and will accept service of process from the complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.
We reserve the right to terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
